LATAM Airlines invites filmmakers from Brazil and Chile to showcase their work at the first edition of the Latam Short Film Festival.

THE FESTIVAL
Latam Short Film Festival is a unique in-flight film festival presented by LATAM Airlines, showcasing the best emerging Latin American talent from Brazil and Chile.

Created to celebrate and highlight local culture, as well as the originality and diversity in short films, the festival offers a new space for filmmakers to share their stories with a wide and diverse audience on LATAM flights.
​
The festival will take place from September 5 to October 31, exclusively on LATAM Play,
providing passengers with a carefully curated selection of outstanding short films.
​
Submissions are open from March 1st to April 30, welcoming films from new Latin American
talents in Brazil and Chile. Each selected short film must have a maximum duration of 20 minutes.
​
Two awards will be presented: Best Short Film from Brazil and Best Short Film from Chile.
The winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to the prestigious Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, including full festival access, flights, and accommodation.
​
Through this initiative, LATAM Airlines reaffirms its commitment to supporting Latin American cinema and providing a platform for emerging filmmakers to reach a global audience.
